During my Xmas stay, the room was clean and cozy, with soft pillows and blankets. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. One of the best aspects is that the hotel is situated in a central location, close to all the shops and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.
The noise level was unbearable at night, with loud music and partying continuing until the early hours of the morning. The disturbance made it difficult to get any sleep, which was frustrating and disappointing.

Staying in the heart of the city, surrounded by bustling bars and terraces, adds an unbeatable vibe to your trip. The hotel's strategic location near the old market Vucciria made exploring the city on foot easier than ever! Comfortable and spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the hotel staff was more than happy to offer recommendations and suggestions for local restaurants and sightseeing attractions.
Sadly, we did find one limitation – Our room didn't offer a view, but it was no problem when compared to all the top-notch amenities and features offered.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and spacious, with a stunning view of the city from the balcony. It was a huge plus to have a mini-fridge that was stocked with drinks upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops were walking distance away. The staff was very helpful and always went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.
One downside to this hotel was the loud music from the nearby clubs, which went on until the early hours of the morning. Earplugs were definitely needed, but it wasn't enough to block out the noise completely.

This is our second stay at La Serenissima and we will definitely return. The location is perfect, with easy access to trains and main areas of the city. The hotel is clean and tidy, and has everything you need for a city break. The continental breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The staff are great and even put up with my attempts at speaking Italian!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value we got for our money at this hotel was exceptional. The room itself was huge, with three balconies, and it was clean and modern. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to everything in the heart of the old town. The staff at La Serenissima were absolutely lovely, always ready to help and very friendly.
The only thing that could make the breakfast menu better would be to have a wider variety of options.

My recent stay at a centrally located hotel exceeded my expectations. The spacious room had three balconies, providing a delightful spot to enjoy the evening atmosphere. I appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge, a small touch that made a big difference. The friendly and helpful receptionist, Consuela, went above and beyond to assist me during an allergic reaction. Despite some noise from nearby bars late at night, I enjoyed the intimate vibe of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a city break.
